Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order? Each product lists its minimum quantity in its specifications. Large orders are quoted separately by tier.
Can you engrave or print our company logo? Yes — free for orders of 50 pieces or more on the designs where this applies; the exact threshold for each product is in its specifications.
Can we see a real sample first? Yes. For quantity production orders, we send a sample to your office before the full run.
How do I order? Choose a product, click “Add to cart”, then fill in your delivery details in the cart and click “Place order”; our staff will call to confirm it (see the ordering process, in Vietnamese). The website does not collect payment online: you pay on delivery or by bank transfer under the payment policy (in Vietnamese).
